A teaching and practice session on engaging across differences by Ailala Kay, Director of Organizational Development at Omni Institute.

In April, we asked participants where stronger collaboration could make the biggest difference in Colorado. The answer came back clearly: trust across difference is the hardest and most necessary thing. We need to get divided groups into real conversation, find shared values when beliefs diverge, and build relationships that hold even when things get uncomfortable.

That's exactly what we're tackling in May’s in-person and virtual.

This session is a hands-on teaching and practice space for the conversations most leaders know they need to have, and keep putting off. Ailala Kay will lead us through practical frameworks and real practice for engaging across disagreement, navigating tension without shutting down, and building the kind of trust that makes hard things possible.

You'll leave with tools you can use in your organization, across sectors, and in your community.

As we pilot this program, we’ll spend time at each session helping you understand the model we’re building together along the way.

The pilot sessions are free for members and guests as we co-create the model together.

NOTE: we offer two Impact Forum opportunities each month (in-person and virtual). The programming is identical, so please sign up for only one. New topics are featured each month.
