Our in-person sessions provide immersive, hands-on learning and meaningful peer connection, while the virtual session reinforces key concepts and deepens application. Together, these trainings equip you with practical tools to grow your leadership from the inside out.

ICF-Certified Group Coaching
Every participant in the Leadership Accelerator receives ICF-certified group coaching to accelerate growth, confidence, and clarity. These interactive sessions create space for reflection, real-time problem solving, and peer learning—ensuring leadership development doesn’t just stay theoretical, but translates directly into action.

Lunch and snacks provided at each in-person session.
